Katarina is TopPulse's community editor and the link between what readers experience and what the rankings say. She worked in customer and community roles at N26 and Wefox, where she handled the questions and complaints that surface long before they reach a regulator, and learned to tell a genuine platform problem from an isolated grievance. At TopPulse she monitors investor forums, platform status pages and reader reports for early signals such as slow withdrawals, changed terms or support going quiet, and feeds verified patterns into the review and ranking process. She also curates the reader reviews on the site and keeps them honest, filtering out both astroturfed praise and unfounded attacks. Her work is often the first warning that a platform's on-the-ground reality has diverged from its official story. Katarina studied communications and has spent her career in fintech.
